Grocery Store Cards are an easy way to support MSD and feed your family at the same time! Although you receive dollar for dollar on the card, MSD receives 5% of the card's value from the grocery vendor. Also, you earn one Work Bond credit for each $250 you accumulate in Grocery Store Card purchases. This is an important and valuable fundraiser for our school, so we hope that you will place a standing monthly Grocery Store Card order.

This year, all standing monthly Grocery Store Card orders and one-time orders are to be placed online. Standing monthly orders will be distributed on the first school day of the month in carline. If you do not get your cards in carline, you may come to the Office to get them. One-time orders will be filled the next time the MSD Store is open and ready for pick up that day. Please check the MSD calendar for the dates the Store will be open. Dates are subject to change. You can also purchase Grocery Store Cards at the MSD Store when it is open.

Grocery Store Cards are like cash - please do not lose them, as you will not be reimbursed. Also, the Cards never expire or lose their value.

For the 2011-12 year, the following denominations are available. Please note that you may order from more than one vendor.

King Soopers	$50 and $100
Safeway	$50 and $100
Natural Grocers/Vitamin Cottage	$50 and $100

Monthly Grocery Store Card Program Authorization Form
As part of the MSD Parent Association Monthly Grocery Store Card Program, I hereby authorize MSD to initiate recurring monthly Credit Card charges for the Grocery Store Cards as indicated below. I understand that my credit card will be charged today and charges will continue to be made on the 20th day of each month following the date of this authorization until canceled by me with written notification to stop charges on my credit card to the MSD Business Office. I further understand that written notification to stop charges on my credit card must be received by the MSD Business office by the 10th of the month for cancellation of the next month's order. Grocery Store Cards will be distributed on the 1st business day of the month.
